We are a learning organisation and committed to training and supervising the next generation of Clinicians and primary care researchers in the NHS.
We take students from the University of Leicester Medical School from first years, third years and final years. We supervise GP registrars, at all levels, overseas doctors transferring into the NHS system and experienced doctors on the retainer scheme.
Occasionally you may be asked to see the doctor or nurse with a student present. You will always be asked beforehand if this is acceptable and you may ask for the student to leave if you prefer to have your consultation in private.
