Book GP Appointments online via our triage system (this service is for those 16 years and above ONLY)

- Call Reception on 0116 2226100 between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that the phones lines are closed 12-1pm daily and diverted 1pm on Thursdays.
Appointments for adults are offered in an appropriate time frame after completing our triaged medical form. This can be completed via our online booking system Rapid Health or by speaking with our reception team
